I had to cancel my booking and the staff was helpful to file the insurance claim. However, the insurance was difficult to work with and hidden items in there policy allowed them to only refund 60%. I even had a doctors note. If you think you need to cancel this will not be a good option to book. You will not get fully refunded.
We love Legacy Villas and will be back again soon. Our unit was clean, spacious and beautiful. The grounds are especially pretty this time of year and everything was exactly as described in the listing. We’ve stayed here at least a dozen times over the years and it is always wonderful. We are already planning our next visit!
I spent a couple of nights at the legacy .It was such a beautiful experience . The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable . It was very well lit . The vibe of the entire place was amazing ,you have mountains, swimming pools, jacuzzis and beautiful old town was less than a mile away .I highly recommend this place .Great location, close to a lot nice restaurants .
So happened to find this Studio on VRBO. It was modern compared to other rooms. However you can find all rooms and different home sizes. This location wss very tranquil and gave us exactly the peace & quite we were looking for. It is about 30-40 Min away from Palm Springs. They had a few pools to choose from. Serene and Magistic ambience.
I really could not ask for a more pleasant stay for my family. We stayed two nights. The grounds were beautiful and so clean. The mountains behind the property are really a sight to see. I rented a 3 bedroom 3 bath unit and my family really loved it. The cafe and pools were awesome. Coming again before the summer for sure.
I lived here for 2 months in summer/fall of 2020 during the pandemic while remodeling my home. Very clean, quiet, the pools are beautiful, the grounds a full of greenery, flowers, and water fixtures. The restaurant is accommodating. This is a top choice to stay at right on Eisenhower and right up against the gorgeous mountains. Views of beautiful sunsets from the 3rd floor balcony, and enough parking options. The security gate is strict, so it's a very safe option as well. The architecture is classic Spanish design and overall the ambiance just warms your heart. Some of the time share cleaning agencies managing some units are not great at communicating, but that entirely depends on what App you use to book through on your reservation. I Very much recommend the Legacy Villas.
The grounds and property were beautiful and the location was great. Other than that, we were underwhelmed by our experience. This is definitely not a 5-star hotel!
The rooms were old and dirty - I was nervous for our baby and toddler to play around on the carpet without getting dirty or catching something. We ended up with bed bug bites that we're still trying to treat. Also, we didn't have hot water in the shower.
Only one of the pools at the clubhouse was heated - and not the kids pool. (Which is weird because we called ahead before we booked and were told that all the pools were heated.)
They charged us $175 for a cleaning fee (we stayed 2 nights) yet they asked us to take out the garbages, clean the dishes and do our own laundry (wash + dry). Seems overpriced if you want us to do most of the cleaning ourselves?
This is a solid choice. The grounds are beautiful. I swam every morning in one of the 22 pools. The vibe is mellow. The units are owned independently so they vary substantially. Ours was good except for problems with managing the TV. Great location close to everything you will need and easy enough to get to PS.
